Assistant Store Manager
Managed Best Buy Mobile Pilot: Grand open the Sawgrass Mills stand-alone store - led the company in consumer traffic and revenue. Top performing store for FY10 on 14% YoY growth.
Marketing and Collateral: Created promotional advertising with third party vendors and mall management as part of the Grand Opening Plan. This multi-unit marketing focus led to a 23% increase in consumer traffic against budget.
Business and Consumer Focus: Created business plans focused around areas of opportunities, business needs, and P&L reporting. These plans were based around behavior execution, and helped the store form a culture focused on the execution of world class customer service for mobile devices.
